These terms govern the use of PostPulse. By using the service, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose of the service

PostPulse helps you create and edit text for social media. The service provides suggestions, not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.

2. AI-generated content

Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to other content. You should review, edit, and verify the text before publishing. There is no guarantee of factual accuracy, originality, results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, for having the right to send and use that content, for the final published text, for complying with laws, third-party rights, and social-platform rules, and for not using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or rights-infringing content.

4. Confidential and sensitive information

Do not enter:

  • passwords or authentication credentials;
  • payment or financial data;
  • health data;
  • special-category personal data;
  • trade secrets or information you are not allowed to share.

5. Limits and availability

Generation is subject to rate limits and credits. Reaching a limit may temporarily block AI actions. The service may be interrupted because of maintenance, providers, or technical issues. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

6. Third-party providers

AI, hosting, and rate-limit functions depend on external providers, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Vercel, and Upstash. Their services may have separate terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

PostPulse does not claim ownership of the text you enter. To the extent permitted and applicable, you may use the result you receive. PostPulse does not guarantee that an AI result is unique or that exclusive rights always arise in it. You should check for third-party rights, trademarks, and protected content before publishing.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PostPulse is not liable for decisions, publications, losses, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, or from relying on an AI-generated result.

10. Changes and termination

The service, features, and terms may change. Access may be limited in cases of abuse, technical necessity, or discontinuation of the service.
